Active Sync Internal error

Please help; I have try everthing possible that I have found on line. I cant sync I have uninstall repair downgrade etc.. and still have the same error Internal error 2356 Active Sync.Cab every time I try to fix it I have a fatal error ...

in System Restore " Restore " Button is disabled. Enabled volume Shadow Copying, Disabled start Up items. Dint help. Please advice.
