If a Microsoft Exchange Server user has Owner permissions to access a public folder, the user can delete the public folder and the subfolders. The user can do this even if one of the following conditions is true:• The user does not have permissions to subfolders of that public folder.• The user has permissions other than the Owner permissions that let the user access the subfolders, such as Reviewer or Contributor permissions.
