Be careful when editing the Exchange IMF custom configuration XML file

Exchange Intelligent Message Filter uses an XML file called MSExchange.UceContentFilter.xml for custom configuration. If that XML file isn't saved in the proper Unicode format, Exchange IMF will not work correctly.
