call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005 on Vista

I'm trying to register a VB6 DLL on a windows Vista machine and I get the following error: The module was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005. The logged in user I is an Administrator
