k, I am mad, really mad with the Delta airlines and its customer service. I was on a flight out of Atlanta on Friday and changed my travel to Thursday over the phone. I cant do it online. So this lady over the phone charges me 227USD and puts me on the flight for Thursday evening flight.
I show up at the airport about 1 hour ahead of time and go to the self check in kiosk to get a boarding pass. Gu
