Entity Framework - Object Services Level. CUD with Stored Procedures.

How would you get the Entity Framework to map inserts, updates, deletes through a stored procedure layer rather than dynamically asking the underlying provider to generate INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE statements?

I was about to write some code when I came across this post (again :-)) so I spent the time reading all of that which is a really good description instead of opening VS :-)
