On a previous site, our SMS server(s) were upgraded to SP3. Our Administrator also managed to give the ability to create folders in the collections area of the console. This function was previously not available for collections. I am now on a different site and we have upgraded to SP3 (SMS 2003) but do not have the ability to create folders to help organize collections.

Do you know how to give the ability to create folders for collections in SMS 2003 with SP3?
