Had an experience several weeks ago where my laptop nearly locked up and in attempting to back out of the situation ended up "forced" to buy some kind of support. I have a bill for 49.95 to Fidelity Backup. Did I but something that I need to get rid of? How do I do it? and what do I use to prevent this again?.. more »
