Help importing into Windows Vista Mail

I just got my Dell Inspiron 1520 today and I tried to import e-mail into the Windows (Vista) Mail software and ran into a problem. When I click File/Import/Messages/ and then choose MS Exchange or MS Outlook, I get an error message
