How can I display multi-phrase saved-search queries?

How does one display the search query associated with a saved-search folder,
when the search has more than one phrase?
Here's what I did (you can too, if you want to reproduce the situation):
1) Open a search
2) Enter a query with multiple phrases, eg., "under:\baffin\photos and
kind:pictures and not foldername:panoramas" (using the language at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/des.../advanced.mspx) in
the Search box (note this query has t
