How to Enable or Disable the Notification Area System Icons in Vista

These are the Clock, Volume, Network, and Power icons in the bottom right corner of the Taskbar Notification Area. When these icons are disabled, they will be grayed out in the Notification Area. When these icons are enabled, they can be checked to show on the Taskbar Notification Area.
