NET v1.1 on IIS7:. Ensure that âIIS Metabase Compatibilityâ is installed; Install .NET Framework v1.1 and .NET Framework v1.1 SP1; Enable the ASP.NET v1.1 ISAPI Extension; Add the IgnoreSection Handler to Framework v1.1 machine.config
