how to shutdown my 2 node cluster?

please advice me a safe way to shutdown my active node?

i am not sure which version of Windows OS you are using - I guess its windows 200x servers.
If you want to shutdown only the active node, make sure you move the cluster group to the other node by using the following command:

Cluster Group "Cluster Group" /move - (I assume cluster group name is "cluster group". )

Then stop the cluster service on the affected node, and shut down. hope this helps.
