High Tech Computer will begin to ship its first Android-based handsets to ODM clients in the fourth quarter of this year as scheduled, according to company CFO Hui-ming Cheng.

HTC will start to ship the Android-based phone in Q4 this year. According to the company CFO Hui-ming Cheng, HTC has already got its Touch Diamond smartphone on sale in more than 30 countries since its first launches in June.
