Is Windows Server 2008 launch date being delayed?

There have been some questions posted regarding Windows Server 2008 release date and if the announcement of the RTM moving to Q1 of 2008 will impact the actual launch date itself. Here is a snippet from a post on the Windows Server Division Blog:
