Live Messenger Error code 80070005

I have vista home premium, newly bought laptop came with this OS.Live messenger worked fne for a day or two then suddenly started this error messaging: 80070005 telling me that the service is unavailable.... I searched the net and tried ...

It's Norton Internet Security (IF YOU HAVE IT) you need to turn off the firewall from norton i hope this helps also your time make sure it's the right time ok?
