Microsoft removing the nasty posts faster

I have noticed that Microsoft has been removing some of the nasty posts
quickly. They don't hang around for days, just an hour or so. Posts from
Spanky, Kevin, Adam, Frank have been removed quickly. It seems if you
download the message, you can still reply if you want, but they show up as
separate entries when viewed through the web browser.
