Missing buttons from print picture dialog box

When I try to print a picture, the print picture dialog box that pops up is
too big for my screen. It cannot be resized by dragging the edges nor can I
drag the title bar up far enough to reach the buttons at the bottom of the
box. How do I reach those buttons?
