Office 2003 SP3 released, but kills off features?

It includes a bunch of security updates, and corrects some compatibility problems with Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7. However, it also shuts off a few features, too. PowerPoint will no longer be able to open PowerPoint files created in versions earlier than PowerPoint
