OneNote Mobile Installation does NOT add item to ActiveSync

I installed OneNote Mobile (using the manual install option - automatic did not happen). The Software installed fine on the mobile device, but did not install the Sync item in ActiveSync. I'm using ActiveSync 4.5, WM5 and XP2SP2.
