Quake 2 .NET Port with Visual Studio 2008 (v9.0) and Managed C++

Vertigo Software did the last port of Quake II to MC++ in 2003 using what is now the "old Managed Extensions for C++ syntax". Microsoft is removing support for this in Visual Studio 10.0. Greg Dolley, not wanting the .NET version to die, has ported Vertigo's source to the current MC++ framework using Visual Studio 2008.
