Reading Code

My job frequently requires me to dig through source code to troubleshoot problems in our product.  As the US continues to become a high touch support center one of the things our management has been trying to do is help the frontline support engineers to grow their skills by learning how to use source code to diagnose problems. While there have been some good in-house programming (writing code) courses that a few frontline engineers have taken advantage of, the emphasis has been on reading code. This has led to the belief that code
