SQL Server 2005 Fail-over Cluster Upgrade Post Mortem

I remove the -T4606 the same way I added it - using the SQL Server Configuration Manager then recycle the SQL service. But I'm getting the same error. I look in the Configuration Manager again and the -T4606 parameter is back. ...
