User self service Active Directory updates

Hi all, I am trying to find the right tool to let my users modify their own properties in the Exchange Global Address List.  We need some sort of self service directory management tool for basic properties like telephone number and address.

Cached Exchange Account Deletion

I had an exchange account which I kept in cached mode on my personal computer for my previous job. Having left that job, I just deleted the account, and to my surprise lost all the e-mails, and had to create a new personal folders file.
