Unable to archive mails in my Outlook office 2003

I am trying to archive my mails in my Outlook Mailbox to my Archive folder. I am giving the option to archive all mails before the date 15 Mar (I have 100s of mail in the inbox itself which match the criteria). I click OK & Outlook says all folders are up to date. error 0x80072030 during installation of Exchange 2007

I have installed exchange 2007 in a new 64x box. DC, DNS, DHCP andExchange 2003 were in another box. Exchange 2003 was running finebefore installing Exch2007.

The installation of Exch2007 setup process went fine. It copy allmailboxes etc. However Im not able to demote 2003 because of this error:Setup failed

When I try to open Windows Explorer, it takes 30 seconds to come out of the "not responding" mode. This happens even though I am running only very few apps..

Why is it happening? I am getting irritated at work :(. Please help

Outlook Signature error during spell check Text marked with

I have a user who has a large legal confidentiality signature and recently
they claim they can no longer put text in-between the large legal disclaimer
and their signature part of the signature file. So if that makes sense when
they type they noticed it no longer does the spell check as they go and if
they hit F7 they get the Text marked with

MS Exchange with Vista error

We have MS Exchange 2003. We have recently rolled out MS Vista. Now when accessing email through Web Access, everything works fine except when forwarding and replying to emails.
