peer to peer lending company prosper goes into hibernation

Finally I decided to drink the kool aid and hit prosper to become a lender. Shit! Propser is in hibernation mode. In other words, prosper has hit the HOLD button on all lending activity. Prosper needs to be a in a quiet period, while it get its approvals from the SEC to enter the secondary lending market. I think this is a great idea and breaks the .. more »

I was getting my daily dose of NPR on my way to work. Reporter goes on to say that primary residence mortgages cannot be modified by the bankruptcy judges. Fine.
