Taking a look at the Exchange Server Remote Connectivity Analyzer (ExRCA) tool which allows an Exchange administrator to validate the Autodiscover, Outlook Anywhere (formerly know as RPC over HTTP) and also inbound SMTP configuration through a web based tool.
