Vista Sidebar Gadgets and Javascript broke with NVidia install?

Not sure what's going on here. My Vista was working fine, my IE was working
fine, and all of my Sidebar Gadgets were working fine. This weekend I
installed a new video card (BFG Nvidia 8600 OCS), and now my Gadgets are all
blank, except for the clock which changed to a black clock with red hands
that only shows 12:00. My Internet Explorer now acts like there is no
Javascript on my machine. (Even when I have sites in my "Trusted Zone" and
have Java ENABLED for sites in the Trusted Zone).

Any thoughts? (yes, already downloaded the newest
