VMRCPlus now available outside of Microsoft

I've always tried to use the tools available that ship with products but sometimes a better alternative exists.  We have had this tool internally for some time, it's great to see it available to all.  The Tabbed interface and the fact it's not a web page work for me as the prime advantages!
