Yahoo rejects Microsoft buyout offer as undervalued

SAN FRANCISCO (AFP) - Yahoo's board of directors on Monday rejected Microsoft's buyout offer, saying the 44.6-billion-dollar bid "substantially undervalues" the veteran Internet company.
