You have a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) mail environment. When you use a Windows Mobile 5.0-based device or a Windows Mobile 6.0-based device to try to send an e-mail message, the message becomes stuck in the Outbox folder on the mobile device.

CAUSE
This problem occurs if the Display name field of the user contains double quotation marks (""). During the parser conversion in MIME format, the double quotation marks are processed incorrectly. This causes the sender to be resolved to another
